What we store from TikTok

When you connect TikTok via Settings → Connections, Creofy stores your TikTok open ID, username, display name, avatar URL, follower count, and an encrypted copy of the access and refresh tokens TikTok issues. For videos you publish through Creofy, we also store TikTok's public performance counters (views, likes, comments, shares) so you can see analytics in your dashboard.

How to delete it

• Disconnect from Creofy: Go to Settings → Connections and disconnect your TikTok account. This immediately deletes the stored access and refresh tokens from our database.
• Revoke from TikTok: Remove Creofy's access from your TikTok account settings (TikTok app → Profile → Settings and privacy → Security → Manage apps permission). TikTok notifies Creofy the moment you do this, and we delete the stored tokens automatically — no action on our end is required.
• Delete your Creofy account: Contact support@creofy.io to permanently delete your Creofy account, which removes all connected platform data, including anything obtained from TikTok.

What is not deleted

Disconnecting or revoking access does not delete videos already published to TikTok — those remain on TikTok and are governed by TikTok's own policies. It also does not delete content you created within Creofy (scripts, generated media) unless you separately delete that content or your Creofy account.
